Gloria and Blair Labatt were lifelong San Antonio civic leaders and early supporters of Hemisfair. In 1968, Labatt Wholesale Grocery formed a new company to supply Hemisfair restaurants. Today, Labatt Food Service is one of the largest foodservice distributors in the nation.
