Marilyn Stovall (1937-2020)

Marilyn had an abiding love for all things natural and organic, with a special reverence for trees. As a red-headed Missouri school girl, she learned to recite the poem “Trees" by Joyce Kilmer. It continued to be a life long favorite; recited often, and always from memory. Transplanted to Texas in the 1950’s, Marilyn grew deep Texas roots. She loved living among the live oaks. This tree grows as a loving tribute to Marilyn.
