Rabbi Samuel and Lynn Stahl

In our decades of living in San Antonio, we have been enriched by this multi-cultural and multi-ethnic community. We came here in 1976 with two little girls (Heather and Alisa), who, together with their spouses (Jeffrey and Marco), are the parents of our six grand jewels (Austin, Carli, Sabrina, Lili, Charlie and Kyra).

In this nourishing place, we have struck deep roots and have been supported during our personal storms. We feel as if we have grown stronger and sturdier with each passing season, not unlike the trees in this Hemisfair Park.  We feel blessed that we have been able to serve this community and return to it the blessings it has showered on us. Our prayer is that San Antonio will continue to be citadel of interpersonal harmony, where all can choose to live in a city where diversity is respected and treasured.
