Claire Golden

Claire Golden, an accomplished violinist and dedicated preservationist, was a staunch supporter of Hemisfair who spent every day of the fair operating a folk art store with her friend and neighbor, Mary Ann Castleberry. Claire and Mary Ann both had their own folk art collections and received much joy and happiness in sharing their love and knowledge of folk art with all of the Hemisfair visitors who stopped by their store. It would be Claire's hope that this tree fosters joy and happiness for all who are lucky enough to spend time at this historic Park.
