In celebration of our 35 wonderful years of marriage, we are delighted to donate this tree to Hemisfair’s Civic Park. Just as this tree will grow and flourish, so has our love and commitment to one another.

After meeting at the University of Alabama, San Antonio has been our home and holds a special place in our hearts. This tree represents the roots we established here with our 4 children. Just as the tree’s branches reach for the sky, our family journey has been one of growth, shared experiences, and cherished memories. Our relationship, like the tree, stands as a testament to the beauty that comes from nurturing and care.

May this tree thrive in Civic Park, just as our love has thrived for years. May its presence remind all who pass by of the strength, beauty, and enduring power of love. As we celebrate this milestone, we are honored to give back to a city that has given us so much.
