Elisabeth, Matthew and Josephine

I was invited by my best friend to a tour of the Civic Park in March 2023. I gladly accepted and the tour by Anne Krause and Gary Boyd was so enlightening. There was a possibility of a world class park in San Antonio. How exciting! At the end of the tour we were given information about donating funds for a tree on the Promenade. Immediately I thought of making a donation in honor of my grandchildren. At that time, I only had two but in June another was born. I could bring them to the park, show them the tree and explain to them that by honoring them I was supporting Hemisfair. I could tell them how important Hemisfair is in the city that they live. That is my dream.
