Bill and Jackie Lockwood

Bill and Jackie Lockwood shared a 60 year marriage and were world class parents and grandparents. They are sorely missed by our families for their laughter, love and generosity.

Bill Lockwood was a distinguished Civil Engineer who founded 5 national Engineering firms with many contributions to his community and to industry. Bill was an innovator and a passionate problem solver and mentor. His 17 patents brought new technologies to the market and helped revolutionize the civil engineering and construction industries. Jackie was always at his side both to market and helped build his team in addition to her huge contributions to the local arts in Ohio. Their Lockwood foundation philanthropic legacy endures to honor the local Arts and charities in Dayton Ohio. They are survived by Jane & Jim Lynch in San Antonio and their two sons James and Will in addition to the families of Jim and John Lockwood.
