Rodney Bryan Kelley

This tree is in memory of our nephew, Rodney Bryan Kelley. He was KIND, LOYAL, HARD WORKING, and FUN LOVING. Rod was born in San Antonio; graduated from John Marshall High School; got his degree from Sam Houston University; and then began his training to become a firefighter.

Rodney was proud to be a firefighter with the Austin Fire Department. He often worked holiday shifts so that those on his team with children could be at home for their families. Rod never missed an opportunity to help a family member or friend.

Rod developed an interest in real estate and his hobby soon became a rewarding and satisfying endeavor. He spent his free time on land speculation and restoration of older homes.

Rodney truly enriched the lives of all his family and friends.
