Julie Kelleher Stacy

Julie Kelleher Stacy loved nature and the outdoors. She was never happier than when she was in the company of an animal in a beautiful, natural setting. A native of San Antonio, she studied range science and land management at Texas A&M, and she later became a certified Texas Naturalist. Julie worked for many years at SeaWorld of Texas, caring for penguins, flamingos and her beloved and endangered Attwater's prairie chickens. Julie passed away in 2018 after a long, hard fought battle with breast cancer, and her family wanted to honor her memory with a beautiful tree that will hopefully provide shade for generations of San Antonio children. Please give this tree a hug in memory of our dear Julie.
